Nel mese di settembre l'uva da mosto è pronta per essere raccolta e portata nel palmento per essere trasformata in vino / In September, wine grapes are ready to be harvested and taken to the palmento to be turned into wine.

In passato, durante l'estrazione del mosto dalle vasche di decantazione, le donne assistevano i loro mariti per evitare svenimenti dovuti ai fumi all'interno delle vasche. Nel frattempo, le figlie potevano annoiarsi / In the past, while the must was being extracted from the settling tanks, women assisted their husbands to prevent them from fainting because of the fumes inside the tanks. Meanwhile, their daughters might get bored.
